What is a spa and healing forest?
A spa and healing forest is a specially selected forest area that can contribute to health promotion through various properties. It is used for primary prevention, to prevent illnesses, and secondary prevention, to prevent their worsening or recurrence. The healing forest is used specifically for therapeutic treatments to make it easier to deal with illnesses and alleviate their effects - tertiary prevention in its purest form. Chronic diseases can also be treated there to alleviate them.

Sensory stations: While you pause for a moment, you can experience the forest with all your senses.
